HVRW Registration 2024

Offered each Spring and Fall and produced by The Valley Table magazine, Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is the largest and most successful dining event in the region. The event is made possible by generous sponsors who are leaders in the Hudson Valley in supporting the local economy.

Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is twice a year in the spring and fall to boost business during traditionally slower periods. The Spring 2024 Hudson Valley Restaurant Week will be held from April 8-21, 2024.

Participating restaurants can choose to offer prix fixe lunches and/or dinners for $24.95, $29.95, $39.95, or $44.95. The menus must be offered for dine-in, but can also be offered as a take-out option if desired. Participants also have the option to offer their regular menus as the prix fixe

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN REGISTRATION?

• Inclusion in our special Restaurant Week section in The Valley Table  Magazine's Spring 2024 issue (Must register by February 2, 2024)


• Enhanced listing on the HVRW website directory for 6 months 


• Restaurant listing on all HVRW collateral pieces, including 100K rack cards distributed throughout the Hudson Valley (Must register by March 1, 2024)


• Restaurant listing on all regional print advertisements 


• Opportunities for chef and restaurant interviews on WHUD and K104 


• Inclusion in social media and e-newsletter promotions  


• Menu promotion via the HVRW website and The Valley Table social platforms


• Opportunities to be included in our extensive MTA Train to Table campaign 

The participation fee is $800 per Restaurant Week. Register for both Spring 2024 & Fall 2024 Restaurant Week and save $200; the cost for both is $1,400.

The fee is allocated to the advertising and promotion of each event that drives diners to dine at HVRW restaurants.
