Artist and Vendor Applications Are Now Available


Show Floor Hours:


Saturday: 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM VIP Entry: 9:00 AM


Sunday: 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM VIP Entry: 9:00 AM


Artist and Vendor Booths are first come, first served. Payment is due immediately. We cannot hold booths. 


We reserve the right reject any application at our sole discretion.

FAQs


What CAN'T I Sell As A Vendor Or Artist?


Unless approval is given in writing, Vendors may not sell:



  • Weapons (including swords)

  • Food (unless it’s pre-packaged)

  • Beverages / alcohol (including samples)

  • Vaping tools and accessories

  • Vacation / time Share giveaways


What Does An Artist Table Include?



  • 2 Artist Badges (up to 4 extra badges may be purchased for $40)

  • 10 by 10 space & a 6 FT table

  • 8 FT tall pipe & drape backdrop

  • Black tablecloth

  • 2 chairs


What Does a Vendor Booth Include?



  • 4 vendor badges (up to 4 extra badges may be purchased for $40)

  • 10 by 10 space & a 6 FT table

  • 8 FT tall pipe & drape backdrop with 3 FT siding

  • Black tablecloth

  • 2 chairs


Are Wifi & Electric Included?


Electric is offered for an additional prices and varies per city.


Wifi is typically not included, but varies by city.  You will receive an email about wifi availability about 2 weeks prior to the event. 


Are Refunds Given If I Cannot Attend?


Refunds may be requested up to six weeks from the event date.
