Artist and Vendor Applications Are Now Available

Heroes and Villains SAN JOSE 2017 vendor and artist applications are now LIVE! We are utilizing a new service in 2017, ShowClix Vendor Management. This will allow us to streamline operations, matching vendors with booths much sooner, and allow us to to provide better customer service to you!

Once vendor and artists booths are gone, that is it, as we already know our exact limit for 2017!

Payment is due immediately. There are no longer invoices beings sent. We cannot hold booths. They are sold on a first come, first served basis. 

We reserve the right to approve/disapprove all vendors and artists based on application responses, exclusivity, sponsorship rights, license violations, and material deemed unfit for our events.

FAQs

What CAN'T I sell as a vendor or artist?

Unless written approval is given by FanFest vendors may not sell:

• Weapons (including swords)


• Food (unless it’s pre-packaged)


• Beverage/Alcohol (including samples)


• Vaping tools and accessories


• Vacation/Time Share giveaways

What does an artist table include?

• 2 Artist Badges (up to 4 extra badges may be purchased for $40)


• 10 by 10 space & a 6 FT table


• 8 FT tall pipe & drape backdrop


• Black table cloth


• 2 chairs

What does a vendor booth include?

• 4 vendor badges (up to 4 extra badges may be purchased for $40)


• 10 by 10 space & a 6 FT table


• 8 FT tall pipe & drape backdrop with 3 FT siding


• Black table cloth


• 2 chairs

Can I get extra tables?

Each interior booth comes with one table and each corner comes with two tables, any additional table requests may be subject to charge.

Are wifi & electric included?

Electric is offered for an additional prices and varies per city.

Wifi is typically not included, but varies by city.  You will receive an email about wifi availability about 2 weeks prior to the event.
