Event Description

You can be a member of the studio audience during Gov. Mike Huckabee’s weekly show, filled with guests, entertainment, news, and inspiration for people of all ages! It's all happening in Nashville, one of the nation's most vibrant and exciting cities, where you'll be a part of a HUCKABEE live studio taping - and an unforgettable TV experience!

PLEASE READ ALL E-TICKETING POLICIES IN ADVANCE. DETAILS ARE VERY SPECIFIC AND IMPORTANT.  WE ARE EXCITED TO HAVE YOU JOIN US!

REQUESTING TICKETS

All available live taping dates for the HUCKABEE show are listed on the calendar as they are confirmed one month out.  Please choose the taping date you are interested in and follow the prompts. If the date you choose is already at capacity, feel free to enter as standby or choose a future date.  All seating is general admission main level or general admission balcony level.  You may reserve up to four e-tickets per reservation. If you would like to reserve additional e-tickets or need information for group reservations, please contact our toll-free information line at 1-833-HUCKABEE. We will return the call at our earliest convenience.  Please reserve tickets only for the program dates you will be attending. Be advised, also, that ticket scalping will not be tolerated.

While the ticketing agent may charge you a small processing fee, all e-tickets are complimentary and may not be sold. Please contact us if you are being asked to provide payment specifically for this show. Pre-packaged tours that include participation in the HUCKABEE show will not require you to reserve a seat. Check with your tour company to confirm.

If you do not have a smart phone or device on which to store your ticket or a printer to print out a copy of your e-ticket, please contact us at 1-833-HUCKABEE for information on how to receive a ticket in advance. You will need a printed or digital e-ticket for entry.

Be advised that you may be included on-camera during taping of the HUCKABEE show. Your e-ticket and your presence in the audience both constitute your permission for the show's producers to use your likeness in any way.

We recommend that you contact the toll-free information line at 1-833-HUCKABEE the day of the taping you plan to attend to make sure that the show has not been canceled or modified for any reason.

ON AIR GUEST INFORMATION

Please call our information line at 1-833-HUCKABEE and choose option two (2) to learn who our planned on air guests are for the current month. Our guest list is subject to change without notice.

SPECIAL NEEDS

HUCKABEE will make arrangements for guests with disabilities who request reasonable accommodations at least five (5) business days before the show for which tickets have been reserved. Guests who require assistance (such as those using wheelchairs) should call 1-833-HUCKABEE as soon as possible after receiving your tickets to request an accommodation. If you reserve a balcony level seat, there will be two flights of stairs involved. Keep this in mind in choosing a balcony seat.  If you cannot navigate stairs, we recommend you go back and choose a date with floor level seating available.

ATTENDANCE

Due to limited studio space, only four tickets may be reserved at a time, and you must provide in advance the names of all attending, with all named guests entering together at check-in. However, this does not guarantee that you will be seated together since seating is based upon our studio configuration. However, we will always do our best to accommodate seating requests. Please be advised that obtaining e-tickets under separate names to accommodate a group larger than four people does not guarantee group seating, nor does it guarantee that all parties in that group will be able to attend without issue (please read all rules for participation).  We will do our best to accommodate.

CHECK-IN SUITE

Most tapings of HUCKABEE begin at 7:30 p.m. (CST). Check-in will open after 5:30 p.m. Please arrive no later than one hour prior to the showtime for guaranteed seating. We begin seating no later than 6:30 p.m.

From time to time the HUCKABEE show may schedule special taping on a different date and/or time.  Keep this in mind and make sure you check your e-ticket for details on your reserved taping. Be advised that we do operate with standby seating distribution which may be in excess of studio capacity to ensure a full studio audience. Therefore, if you have not checked in within 45 minutes of program start, you may be considered a ‘no show’ and your e-ticket may be given to a standby guest (by 6:45 p.m.).

We appreciate our standby guests. All entries of e-ticket holders and standby guests will be at the discretion of the Audience Producer. We commit to do our best to accommodate you.

TAPING DURATION

The taping will last approximately one (1) hour and attendees can expect the entire experience, from check-in to the end of the show, to last approximately 2 ½ - 3 hours.

MINIMUM AGE

Audience participants must be at least 16 years of age and ready to present a valid photo ID with birth date visible at the time of check-in if requested. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

APPROPRIATE ATTIRE

Dress code is smart casual if possible. Remember, you could be on camera. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone dressed inappropriately and again, your reservation is your permission to be on camera without compensation.

SECURITY CHECK

Be advised that all audience members must go through security and a bag search prior to entering. Refer to ‘Personal Items’ for more information on what is not acceptable.  We encourage you to leave large bags in your vehicle.

Items such as fingernail files, pocket knives, scissors, tweezers, mace, tasers, clippers, etc. are not permitted through entrance and will be held until the end of the program to be returned upon exit. We encourage you to leave these types of items in your vehicle.

We reserve the right to deny entry to any person, at any time, for any reason necessary to ensure the safety of all our guests, cast and employees.

PERSONAL ITEMS

Guests will be required to power down all electronic devices (phones, cameras, laptops, iPads, etc.) when instructed prior to the taping.  Any usage after this time may result in guest removal from the studio. No backpacks, luggage, large shopping bags, weapons of any kind, promotional items, food or drink will be allowed in the studio.

Because belongings should fit snugly under guest seating, we recommend that guests leave extra items in vehicles before entering the studio. We are not responsible for any personal items lost or left on the property after a taping.

BALCONY AND STANDBY SEATING

If you attempt to reserve e-tickets for a taping and general admission floor level has already reached capacity, a number of balcony e-tickets will be made available.  Balcony views are obstructed, but there will be monitors to watch and a limited number of seats with acceptable view. Please plan on arriving at least one (1) hour prior to taping time and understand that there are stairs involved in reaching the balcony. If this is an issue, please choose a different date and reserve a General Admission floor level seat.

All guests enter through our Check-In Suite, which opens after 5:30 p.m. and is open until 6:30 p.m. We will alert you when it is time to gather in line to enter security and be seated. You must be present for entry when the seats become available.

We seat handicap accommodations and special seating needs first, then floor seating, then balcony seating and standby, in this order. All entries will be at the discretion of the Audience Producer. Please be as flexible as possible in how you are seated to ensure a full audience with no vacant seats.

QUESTIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Please note that the ticket office is closed on major U.S. holidays.  We reserve the right to cancel any taping due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.  If you are unsure about a taping date, please contact us at 1-833-HUCKABEE.

We recommend that all HUCKABEE guests contact us at 1-833-HUCKABEE on the day of the show you are scheduled to attend, to confirm that the taping has not been canceled or modified in any way that would affect your participation.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

No food or beverages are allowed in the building, other than our bottled water.  Refreshments will be available in the Check-In Suite prior to taping.

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted inside the building.  Smoking stations will be clearly marked outside the front entrance of the building. Once you go through security, you must remain indoors or you will have to go through security again.

Once the taping begins, if you leave your seat, you will have to re-enter security again and then be redirected to seating in the balcony for the duration of the program or asked to wait for the next break to minimize potential disruptions.

MISCELLANEOUS

HUCKABEE is taped on private property and any guest behavior deemed inappropriate may jeopardize that guest's participation.

Thanks for your interest and enthusiasm! We look forward to your participation in the HUCKABEE show experience.
