Event Description

You can be a member of the studio audience during Gov. Mike Huckabee’s weekly show, filled with guests, entertainment, news, and inspiration for people of all ages! It's all happening in Nashville, one of the nation's most vibrant and exciting cities, where you'll be a part of a HUCKABEE live studio taping - and an unforgettable TV experience!

Our 'On Air' guests can be discovered by going to 833-HUCKABEE and choosing option '2' to see upcoming show information.  We update the recording each week for your convenience.  Please keep in mind that guests are subject to change without notice and we cannot be held responsible for sudden lineup changes.

All available live taping dates for the HUCKABEE show are listed on the calendar as they are confirmed one month out.  Please choose the taping date you are interested in and follow the prompts. If the date you choose is already at capacity, feel free to walk in as standby (as long as you are able to climb two flights of stairs, since you would be seated in our balcony) or choose a future date.  All seating is general admission main level or general admission balcony level.  You may reserve up to four e-tickets per reservation. If you would like to reserve additional e-tickets or need information for group reservations, please contact our toll-free information line at 1-833-HUCKABEE. We will return the call at our earliest convenience.  Please reserve tickets only for the program dates you will be attending. Be advised, also, that ticket scalping will not be tolerated.  If you cannot attend and want to transfer ticketing to someone else, you must contact us ahead of time to see if it is allowed for that taping.  We cannot allow transfers on every show.

While the ticketing agent may charge you a small processing fee, all e-tickets are complimentary and may not be sold. Please contact us if you are being asked to provide payment specifically for this show. Pre-packaged tours that include participation in the HUCKABEE show will not require you to reserve a seat. Check with your tour company to confirm.

If you do not have a smart phone or device on which to store your ticket or a printer to print out a copy of your e-ticket, please contact us at 1-833-HUCKABEE for more information or provide us the name your reservation is under upon arrival at check in and we will look you up.  You may be asked to provide identification in this case.

Be advised that you may be included on-camera during taping of the HUCKABEE show. Your e-ticket and your presence in the audience both constitute your permission for the show's producers to use your likeness in any way.

If there is any concern due to weather conditions, we recommend that you contact the toll-free information line at 1-833-HUCKABEE (choose option 2) the day of the taping you plan to attend to make sure that the show has not been canceled or modified for any reason.

HUCKABEE will make arrangements for guests with disabilities who request reasonable accommodations at least five (5) business days before the show for which tickets have been reserved. Guests who require assistance (such as those using wheelchairs) should call 1-833-HUCKABEE as soon as possible after receiving your tickets to request an accommodation. If you reserve a balcony level seat, there will be two flights of stairs involved.  If you cannot navigate stairs, we recommend you go back and choose a date with floor level seating available.

Due to limited studio space, only four tickets may be reserved at a time. Please provide names of all guests on the reservation at the the time of registration. Seating is based upon our studio configuration and you may be asked to split up a larger party. However, we will always do our best to accommodate seating requests. Please be advised that obtaining e-tickets under separate names to accommodate a group larger than four people does not guarantee group seating, nor does it guarantee that all parties in that group will be able to attend without issue (please read all rules for participation).  We will do our best to accommodate.  If you cannot attend and want to transfer ticketing to someone else, you must contact us ahead of time to see if it is allowed for that taping.  We cannot allow transfers on every show.

If you receive a specific access code for a taping, please enter that in the questions section of the registration to ensure we are aware what group you are with.  If you forgot to do so, contact us and we will update your registration for you.

Tapings of HUCKABEE begin at 7:30 p.m. (CST). Check-in is open between 5:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.  We begin seating at 6:30 p.m.  In order to guarantee your e-ticket reservation, please be here by 6:30 p.m. or your seat may go to someone on stand by. We appreciate our standby guests. All entries of e-ticket holders and standby guests will be at the discretion of the Audience Producer. We commit to do our best to accommodate you.

From time to time the HUCKABEE show may schedule special taping on a different date and/or time.  Keep this in mind and make sure you check your e-ticket for details on your reserved taping.

The taping will last approximately one (1) hour and attendees can expect the entire experience, from check-in to the end of the show, to last approximately 2 ½ - 3 hours.  Our pre-show begins at 7 p.m.

Audience participants must be at least 16 years of age and ready to present a valid photo ID with birth date visible at the time of check-in if requested. Deliberately leaving ID at home may cause your lack of entry. Entry of all guests is at the discretion of the Audience Producer.

Dress code is smart casual if possible. Remember, you could be on camera. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone dressed inappropriately and again, your reservation is your permission to be on camera without compensation.

Be advised that all audience members must go through security and a bag search prior to entering. Refer to ‘Personal Items’ for more information on what is not acceptable.  We encourage you to leave large bags in your vehicle.

Items such as fingernail files, pocket knives, scissors, tweezers, mace, tasers, clippers, etc. are not permitted through entrance and will be held until the end of the program to be returned upon exit. We encourage you to leave these types of items in your vehicle.

We reserve the right to deny entry to any person, at any time, for any reason necessary to ensure the safety of all our audience, staff, cast and employees.

Guests will be required to power down all electronic devices when instructed prior to the taping.  Any usage after this time may result in guest removal from the studio. No backpacks, luggage, large shopping bags, weapons of any kind, promotional items, food or drink will be allowed in the studio.

Because belongings should fit snugly under guest seating, we recommend that guests leave extra items in vehicles before entering the studio. We are not responsible for any personal items lost or left on the property after a taping.

If you attempt to reserve e-tickets for a taping and general admission floor level has already reached capacity, a number of balcony e-tickets will be made available.  Balcony views are somewhat obstructed, but there will be monitors to watch and a limited number of seats with acceptable view. Please understand that there are stairs involved in reaching the balcony. If this is an issue, please choose a different date and reserve a General Admission floor level seat.

We seat handicap accommodations and special seating needs first, then floor seating, then balcony seating and standby, in this order. All entries will be at the discretion of the Audience Producer. Please be as flexible as possible in how you are seated to ensure a full audience with no vacant seats.

Please note that the ticket office is closed on major U.S. holidays.  We reserve the right to cancel any taping due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.  If you are unsure about a taping date, please contact us at 1-833-HUCKABEE.

We recommend that all HUCKABEE guests contact us at 1-833-HUCKABEE on the day of the show you are scheduled to attend, to confirm that the taping has not been canceled or modified in any way that would affect your participation, due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control.

No food or beverages are allowed in the theater other than our bottled water.  Refreshments will be available in the Check-In Suite prior to taping. If you have any food allergies, please make sure you are careful not to consume items questionable. The responsibility is yours to know what you are consuming.  We want your experience to be one of 'delight' so please be aware.

Smoking is not permitted inside the building.  Smoking stations will be clearly marked outside the front entrance of the building. Once you go through security, you must remain indoors or you will have to go through security again.

Once the taping begins, if you leave your seat and exit the theater, you will have to re-enter security again and then be redirected to seating in the balcony for the duration of the program or asked to wait for the next break to minimize potential disruptions.

HUCKABEE is taped on private property and any guest behavior deemed inappropriate may jeopardize that guest's participation. We reserve the right to remove anyone who is deemed a threat to the comfort or safety of our audience, 'on air' guests, cast or staff.

Thanks for your interest and enthusiasm! We look forward to your participation in the HUCKABEE show experience.
