House of Horror Haunted Carnival, the largest Halloween experience in South Florida, returns for its 21st edition. Endure FOUR unique haunted experiences that will make you regret ever walking through the doors! Step into the depths of history and prepare to be haunted by the chilling tales that linger within the walls of Mayhem Museum. Stumble through a disturbing Deja Vu depiction of a calendar years’ worth of twisted celebrations at Haunted HoliDAZE. Your Theater of Terror ticket grants you behind-the-scenes access to explore classic cinematic nightmares. Enter our last haunt, Scare X Studios, where you become the star and take center stage in this photographable immersive experience. If you make it through all four unique haunts and still have some stiffness in your spine, take a risk and enjoy unlimited carnival rides, games and delectable treats at the House of Horror midway. By attending this Event, I consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded, and to any use, by Loud and Live Engage, Loud And Live, and each of their respective successors, assigns, affiliates, employees, agents, representatives, vendors, and licensees (the “Event Parties”) of my likeness, voice, and name in connection with the Event Parties use or exploitation of the Event Content, in any and all manger and media, in perpetuity.

I, on my own behalf, and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, executors and administrators, hereby unconditionally release, waive and forever discharge the Event Parties from any and all actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, claims or demands, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unseen, of any kind or nature, arising directly or indirectly in connection with my participation in the Event. This release shall apply to any loss of or image to my personal property, and to any personal injury (including death) that I suffer, including, without limitation, any loss, damage or injury sustained or allegedly sustained by me due to the negligent acts or omissions of the Event Parties.

I acknowledge that this Event is Rain or Shine! All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase.
