After the fall of the Soviet Union and with madam Heidi Fleiss in jail, the Los Angeles sex trade was open for the taking. Enter Tatyana, a Russian woman who created a family empire trafficking young Ukrainian women in 1990s Los Angeles until a simple misstep made it all come tumbling down. As she attends the sentencing phase of her trial in front of the jury (the audience) who has already found her guilty of human trafficking, Tatyana agrees to tell them the truth about everything in exchange for the sentence she hopes for. Written, Produced & Performed by Venessa Verdugo; Produced by Jessica Lynn Johnson.
