Event Description

Santa Monica Playhouse gratefully welcomes Sheri D. Bradford to the Main Stage for her performance of  HIGH COTTON and thanks her for her efforts to support the "Keep Our Doors Open" Benefit Campaign.

After communing with the spirit of her deceased Great-Great-Grandmother, Shannon “Sweetpea” Cameron returns home to her tiny South Carolina hometown to try and convince her no-nonsense Grandmother to start a cannabis farm on the land where their ancestors were enslaved.

Masking is no longer required, but still encouraged, especially due to the recent spike in COVID numbers. We have plenty of extras.
