OWEN SMITH has performed Stand-up on Conan and Colbert. He’s a regular at the Comedy Store Hollywood and Comedy Cellar in New York. According to Joe Rogan he is amongst the top comics in the world and “should be more famous than he is.” Owen returns to Just For Laughs for the first time since he debuted as a New Face in 2002. OWEN created an underground buzz in the comedy world when he shot his hour special “Good Luck Everybody” entirely on ten iPhones then returned them the next day and got all his money back. A storyteller at heart his personal brand of comedy is comprised of unique angles on fatherhood, marriage, race and his obsession with NPR programming. Owen is also a sought after writer. A towering force of comedy, Erik Griffin is most recognizable as the mustachioed Montez Walker on the hit Comedy Central series WORKAHOLICS, which recently wrapped its seventh and final season. Griffin will next starred as a series regular in Showtime’s dark-comedy series I’M DYING UP HERE . Based on the book by former L.A. Times writer William Knoedelseder, the fictionalized series is set in the celebrated yet infamous L.A. stand-up comedy scene of the '70s, and co-stars Melissa Leo, Al Madrigal and Ari Graynor, under executive producer Jim Carrey. Maz Jobrani is a comedian, actor and author of the best selling book, I’m Not a Terrorist, But I’ve Played One on TV. His new standup comedy special PANDEMIC WARRIOR is now available for streaming on PeacockTV. As an actor, he was most recently seen on Apple TV’s CIRCUIT BREAKERS. He also played the loveable “Fawz” on the CBS comedy SUPERIOR DONUTS. He has made many appearances on television’s most popular shows including GREY’S ANATOMY, CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM, BETTER OFF TED, LAST MAN STANDING, and SHAMELESS. He has also been a regular guest on THE LATE SHOW WITH STEPHEN COLBERT AND THE LATE LATE SHOW WITH JAMES CORDEN. Maz starred as the title character in the award-winning indie comedy, JIMMY VESTVOOD: AMERIKAN HERO, a feature which he co-wrote and co-produced. He has co-starred in many additional films, including Sydney Pollack’s THE INTERPRETER, Disney’s DESCENDANTS and Ice Cube’s FRIDAY AFTER NEXT. Building on their success, Jeff launched “Jeff Ross Presents Roast Battle” in 2016, a competition show in which comics go mic to mic in a battle of wits. Steph Tolev is a stand up and sketch comedian from Toronto, Canada currently living in Los Angeles. Her unique brand of absurd and personal comedy has made her an audience favorite across North America both on stage and on television. As a stand up, Steph has done the prestigious Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal four times, three of which were taped for TV and air on the Comedy Network. Steph made her American TV debut on on Comedy Central part of Bill Burr’s new show “The Ringers”. She was recently named one of Vultures “Comics You Should and Will Know” and one of Comedy Central’s “Up Next” comics to watch. She also co-wrote and co-stars in the Comedy Central web series ” Steph & Deb” with comedian Deb Digiovanni. Steph can also be seen in the Amazon show “Please Understand Me” produced by Sarah Silverman and was featured in season two of “Corporate” on Comedy Central. Steph has won the Canadian Comedy Award for Best Female Stand up and was a finalist in Sirius XM’s next top comic.nn She was well-received at the acclaimed Edinburgh Fringe Fest, Bridgetown Comedy Festival, Clusterfest, Laughing Skull Festival, San Fran Sketch Fest, High Plaines, Big Sky Festival, Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver Sketch Fest’s, NXNE, and JFL42. Fahim Anwar is a Los Angeles-based standup comedian, actor and writer. Off the momentum of his one hour special THERE'S NO BUSINESS LIKE SHOW BUSINESS, The New York Times listed Fahim as a Most Promising Future Star. He's appeared on CONAN, LATE NIGHT WITH SETH MEYERS and performed at the prestigious Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal. His recent FILM/TV credits include WHISKEY TANGO FOXTROT, NEIGHBORS, DRUNK HISTORY, CARMICHAEL SHOW and SUPERIOR DONUTS to name a few. Fahim served as head writer and starred on a sketch show special for Comedy Central with his comedy group (GOATFACE) which includes Hasan Minhaj from THE DAILY SHOW. Off the success of the sketch show special, Fahim was named by Variety Magazine as one of 2019 Comics to Watch, and was invited to be a guest on the Joe Rogan Experience Podcast as well as WTF with Marc Maron.

Ramsey Badawi is a Los Angeles–based stand-up comedian. He’s a regular at Los Angeles comedy clubs and a nationally touring comedian. His set on the Don’t Tell Comedy YouTube series has acquired millions of views—if you count clips, which Ramsey thinks you should definitely count.nThe son of working-class war refugees, Ramsey grew up between East Jerusalem and Orange County, California. Before comedy, he toured the country playing in hardcore and emo bands, then made an unlikely pivot to working as a policy aide in the California State Legislature. The result is an unusually specific mix of perspective, high intellect, and scumbaggery in his work.nHe’s also written for projects on Netflix and Comedy Central and acted in some stuff, but honestly—who cares.
