Grand Tour: Four Nations NYC series 2019

Four Nations joins with the ASPECT Foundation to present our final New York City concert inspired by the riches and dangers of the Grand Tour.  What music did the fortunate northerner travellers enjoy while soaking in the classical culture, art, food, gambling, and loose behavior available in Paris, Venice, Rome and Naples?  Preconcert illustrated talk and selections of music from the capitals of Europe offer a Grand Tour in your own backyard with music of Pergolesi, Quentin, Vivaldi, and composers the Romans around Corelli and Scarlatti.
