The purpose of this event is to create jobs within the LGBTQ+ creative community. Between the visual artists, photographers, and musicians, this event strives to give equitable opportunities to individuals who fall within sexual and gender minorities. This community can often find themselves faced with unfair access to jobs and other opportunities and this event is aimed at giving an outlet for people identifying as LGBTQ+ to share their many talents with an audience.
This event is also aimed at raising money for the Rainbow Railroad. The Rainbow Railroad is a Canadian charitable organization that helps lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals escape violence and persecution in their home countries.
