Golden Gloves 2017

The Western Pennsylvania Police Athletic League(WPAL), would like to announce the return of the Golden Gloves Championships to the DuBois Area for the fifth consecutive year.

The DuBois Country Club, located at 10 Lakeside Ave, DuBois, PA 15801, will be hosting this years event on Saturday, March 18th, 2017. Doors open at 6:00pm for VIPs and 6:30pm for General Admission. Boxing will begin at 7:30pm. The evening will feature approximately 8 live bouts ranging from first round to semi-final competition in various weight classes and divisions. 

Tickets for the event are : $25 for General Admission, and $100 for VIP Gold Ringside. VIP tickets include a complimentary pre-party with open bar and heavy hors d'ouvres. Plus a swag bag loaded with coupons and gifts from local supporting businesses.

The competition is sure to be intense, as the winners will advance to the next round of the Pennsylvania Golden Gloves Tournament. All open division boxers are battling to earn their spot representing the PA Golden Gloves Boxing Team at the 2017 National Golden Gloves Tournament of Champions, held in Lafayette, Louisiana.
