Great Lakes Legacy Brewmasters Dinner

In the spirit of celebration - of Cleveland, of Craft Beer, and Anniversaries, a 15th for Cleveland Beer Week and a 35th for Great Lakes Brewing Co., we bring you a Legacy Brewmasters Dinner. We have assembled a very special panel of individual who were on the scene at the beginning. Enjoy a leisurely dinner paired with GLBC beers and learn how it all began.

Welcome Beer

Course 1: : Harvest Salad: Mixed greens, figs, roasted pumpkin seeds, and boursin cheese with a cranberry citrus vinaigrette

       Paired with: Dortmunder Gold Lager

Course 2: : Butternut Squash Soup Toasted pecans and goat cheese

      Paired with: Hazecraft IPA

Course 3: Roasted Root Vegetables Crispy duck bacon

     Paired with: Eliot Ness Amber Lager 

Course 4: Coffee and Chili Dusted Pork Medallion Sweet potato and carrot puree, then
topped with an apple cranberry chutney

     Paired with: Nosferatu Imperial Red IPA

Course 5: Smores Campfire Cookie Graham cracker cookie with marshmallow and chocolate pieces, topped with a marshmallow whip and chocolate sauce drizzle

     Paired with: Edmund Fitzgerald Porter
