LIVE hosts one of the most important musical and creative minds of the 20th and 21st centuries: Philip Glass. The composer, who celebrates his 80th birthday this year, will be joined by Paul Holdengräber, to reflect on a lifetime of creation and composition.




A note to our patrons: LIVE from the NYPL programs begin promptly at 7 PM. We recommend arriving twenty minutes before the scheduled start time to get to your seats. In order to minimize disturbances to other audience members, we are unable to provide late seating.
