Each course is crafted to showcase the versatility of this iconic and historic balsamic vinegar. Menu highlights range from savory Taglioni made with black truffle, Pecorino Romano, balsamic pearls and a truffle balsamic, to sweet Tartufo made with dark chocolate, mascarpone gelato and a fig balsamic.
