George Edward Clinton is an American singer, songwriter, bandleader, and record producer. His Parliament-Funkadelic collective developed an influential and eclectic form of Funk music during the 1970s that drew on science-fiction, outlandish fashion, psychedelic culture, and surreal humor.

The NEW Event Center is located on the second floor of the Rivers Casino next to the buffet. This is a full concert venue experience featuring your favorite acts. 

Standing room area is subject to change and will be located in the back of the venue in the designed area. Limited view seats may contain obstructions and are located on each side of the stage.
