Andrew Jackson’s 249th Birthday

Join us to celebrate President Jackson’s 249th Birthday and receive half-price general admission for the day! The celebration will include the debut of The Hermitage’s new Kids’ Multimedia Tour, a state-of-the-art interactive tour option for kids and families. In addition, the day’s schedule will also include our annual wreath-laying ceremony with the Tennessee National Guard at 11:00am at the Tomb, Cricket games on the lawn, “Jackson’s Revolutionary Roots” living history program featuring Revolutionary War soldiers, kids’ 18th-century lawn games and craft activities, and “How to Teach Jackson” workshop provided by our Director of Education. Lastly, a Jackson Movie Marathon, and complimentary birthday cake!

As always, military personnel get one free general admission ticket.
