Gulf Coast Fan Fest

Gulf Coast Fan Fest 2018 is an all-inclusive event brought to you by the creators of Pensacon. GCFF will encompass many genres of the fan community, including Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Horror, Comics, Anime, Gaming and much more!

*Children 10 and under are free. There is no need to register them.

Venue and Event Hours

The Venue will be the Mississippi Coast Convention Center. The hours are as follows:

Saturday - 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday - 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Attendance Policy
All attendees of Gulf Coast Fan Fest 2018 must possess either a Gulf Coast Fan Fest badge (for VIP passes) or Gulf Coast Fan Fest wristband (for weekend and individual day passes) for admission into the Event. Children 10 and under are considered to possess the equivalent pass as their parent or guardian and must be accompanied at all times.

The Gulf Coast Fan Fest 2018 event is a limited access event that occurs in the Mississippi Coast Convention Center Exhibit Halls and Meeting Rooms. 

By registering for and in consideration for being admitted to the Event, the holder consents to being recorded (by audio, visual and/or other means) for exhibition and exploitation by any means in all media now known or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity. Holder also hereby: (1) releases Gulf Coast Fan Fest, LLC from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right or any other claim or course of action of any kind; (2) authorizes and permits Gulf Coast Fan Fest, LLC and its designees which include but are not limited to all sponsors, exhibitors and contractors to use and authorize the use of his/her name, voice, likeness and all reproductions thereof by any means and in all media now and hereafter known for all purposes worldwide in perpetuity; and (3) agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of the event. Holder agrees not to make any recordings of any kind at designated activities without the express written permission of Gulf Coast Fan Fest, LLC. Gulf Coast Fan Fest, LLC reserves the right to deny entry or remove from the Event facilities any person who in our sole and absolute discretion is behaving or threatening to behave in a manner which we reasonably consider to be disruptive of the Event.

Ticket holders assume all risk incidental to participation in all activities, loss or damage to property and release management, its employees and agents against any claims.

Gulf Coast Fan Fest, LLC retains the right to modify these rules as needed.

Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, there are no refunds on tickets.

No credit card information is shared or provided to any third party at any time. Demographic information collected may or may not be used by Gulf Coast Fan Fest, LLC. By purchasing through this site you grant permission for Gulf Coast Fan Fest, LLC to contact you via email, mail, or telephone. This communication can be opted out of at any time.

By registering to attend this event, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to the cancellation policy and liabilities listed above.

Ticketing/Pass Policy
Gulf Coast Fan Fest Badges/Wristbands must be clearly visible while inside venue. Attendees are responsible for all lost/stolen badges and/or wristbands and understand that duplicates will not be issued. If an attendee loses a badge, check with the special services desk at Will Call to see if someone turned in a badge. If a badge is in Lost and Found, attendee must show a matching photo ID to claim badge.

Sales Tax not included. Additional fees may apply. VIP and Weekend passes may be available for early pickup, exact location to be determined.

SINGLE DAY PASSES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE AT WILL CALL ON THEIR EFFECTIVE DATE. THERE IS NO EARLY PICKUP FOR SINGLE DAY PASSES.
