Gardens, Grounds, and Bowling Pavilion Walking Tour

If you’ve taken the Classic Mansion Tour, chances are, you’ll be wanting more!

This challenging one-mile walking tour explores the property’s western landscape covering the Gould era formal Rose garden, greenhouse, rockeries with river views and culminates with a tour inside the 1894 Bowling Pavilion.

Please note: 

• Please be aware that this tour involves extensive walking on uneven, hilly ground and is not recommended for individuals with mobility issues. Please consider your own abilities when signing up for a tour.


• This tour does not enter the Mansion.


• The tour is limited to adults and children 12 or older.


• Children must be accompanied by an adult who is 18 or older.
