Event Description
Experience The Garden at Cherry Street Pier for those seeking a unique location for their next hangout or event. Rentable areas are "quarter" sections of the garden space. Please see photo below for a visual of layout.
Space Rental fee:
Monday through Thursday - $250
Friday, Saturday & Sunday - $350
Capacity:
Recommended for a minimum of 25 persons
Maximum limit of 50 persons
Duration Limit: 2 hours total (including set-up and break down)
You may reserve two quarters for a maximum limit of 100 persons

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Cherry Street Pier is not a climate controlled facility. There are no heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) capabilities.
- The Garden at Cherry Street Pier is considered an outdoor venue. For the safety of all visitors, we may close The Garden for inclement weather. Guests will be notified of closures and cancellations 2 hours prior to the event rental start time.
- Amplified sound is not permitted in The Garden at Cherry Street Pier.
- Pay as you go street parking is available on Columbus Blvd. There are nearby parking lots available with first come, first serve, pay as you go rates.
- Furniture is limited in rental area. Renters are responsible for additional seating accommodations. Any furniture arranged by a third party must be communicated to DRWC Management for pre-approval.
A list of no’s and don’ts...
- No additional storage space available.
- No outside alcohol is permitted on the premises.
- No coolers.
- No permanent decorations including, but not limited to:
- Staples, tape, sticky tack, adhesives, etc.
- Markers, paint, spray paint, chalk, etc.
- Balloons
- Confetti (to include confetti cannons and color blasters)
- No negligence or improper conduct leading to damage of property, vehicles, or equipment.
