The FRIENDS™ Experience Chicago Private Access

The FRIENDS™ Experience will reopen in Chicago on March 17th, 2021. 

Immerse yourself in the world of FRIENDS™ like never before with interactive set recreations, like Monica and Rachel’s kitchen, original props and costumes, photo ops, a retail store and Central Perk. Now that’s what I call kick-you-in-the-crotch, spit-on-your-neck fantastic!

A Private Access ticket gives you entry into The FRIENDS™ Experience first thing in the morning before we open to the general public and allows you to choose your group you attend with. Options allow for either a Max of 6 guests or 10 guests. Private Access groups will be checked-in and allowed entry into the experience five minutes apart to allow for maximum social distancing between groups. 

Private Access Ticket Price: *limit one group option per purchase and time slot

Up to 6 people in your group: $350 + taxes + fees

Up  to 10 people in your group: $575 + taxes + fees

We  are proud to partner with My Block, My Hood, My City an organization that provides underprivileged youth in Chicago with opportunities beyond their neighborhood. 

Children 3 and younger don’t need a ticket when accompanied by a parent or guardian

Private Access Hours of Operation: *subject to change 

Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am - 9:40am 

How it Works: 

• Private Access tickets allow you to attend as a group with your friends & family 


• Other groups may be in the space, but they will be allowed entry five minutes apart from your group to allow for maximum social distancing 


• Tickets are sold by time and date—select your time slot using the calendar 


• Please double-check you’ve selected what you want—your ticket is only valid for the date and time on your ticket 


• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable 


• Photo ID is required for at least one person in your party, and must match the name on the ticket 


• Please arrive 10 minutes before your ticketed time slot to ensure entry. If you miss your time slot, your ticket is no longer valid and entry is not guaranteed 


• The Experience takes approximately 30-45 minutes from start to finish
