Join is for our Pièce de résistance at The Hyatt Resort overlooking the shimmering water from the Marquesa room. This French inspired tropical winter menu will make us feel like we are dining in Biarritz for the evening.
Join Key Wests “duo dynamique” Chef de Cuisine, Peter Zemaitis and Executive Chef, Daniel Higgins as they present a French inspired, innovative six course menu that will Soufflez vos sens.
This extraordinary menu will be paired with hand selected French wines by our local Certified Wine Expert, James Braun.
This evenings dinner is limited to 34 guests
