Foot Flight by Night

Eclectic Edge Ensemble (EEE) is proud to present the full length production of Foot Flight by Night, July 20-23 at The Lab Theater. A portion of Foot Flight by Night, an evening length adaptation of A Midsummer Night’s Dream was first presented in July 2016 and was highly regarded by local audiences.

Local composers Richard Sloss, Brian Just, Reese Kling and Nathaniel Kling created the score for Foot Flight by Night; integrating a unique soundscape for all the different lands, characters. and stories that are wrapped into Foot Flight. Not to be missed, this story is filled with live music, magic, mystery, betrayal, and...a frog!

Eclectic Edge Ensemble (EEE) is a Twin Cities-based contemporary jazz dance company with a diverse repertoire. The company strives to collaborate with local musicians, choreographers, and other artists to create musically and theatrically inspired work.  Artistic director, Karis Sloss is determined to bring jazz dance back, front and center. 

This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Metropolitan Regional Arts Council, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
