Recruiting and retaining great employees is becoming more and more challenging. Demographics of the worker pool are changing, there are not enough workers to fill the needs of employers in some job sectors, and employees are looking for defined career pathways.
Community College of Allegheny County and the North Side/Shore Chamber of Commerce are kicking off a partnership to address some of the most relevant workforce development issues on the Northside.
At this Food for Thought lunch-and-learn event on September 27, you will be a part of an interactive session designed and delivered by several members of CCAC’s leadership team.
