Food For Thought: Organizational Development

For this session of the chamber's "Food for Thought" series, Terri Hammond from chamber member Thistlesea Business Development will present on the DiSC behavioral styles model.

What is DiSC?

Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness. Everyone is a blend of the four DiSC styles. Each person has a unique behavioral profile. Once you assess these differences and harness their value, better workplace communication and healthier organizations are possible. More information is available here.
