Venue COVID-19 Policy:

Music Box requires all patrons, staff, and performers to provide vaccination verification OR a negative COVID-19 PCR test performed within 48 hours prior to entry.

This Saturday and Sunday, Music Box will be offering an option for on-site rapid testing upon arrival to the venue. The charge for this convenient on-site rapid testing option is $35/test and will be observed and managed by our affiliate partner BEAM/NES Safety. On-site rapid testing takes approximately 10min and results are completely anonymous but will provide access to the venue upon successfully observed on-site negative test result. Cash or Card are accepted.

Other accepted forms for entry are as follows: 

-Your vaccine card

-A clear and legible photocopy of your vaccine card

-Photo of your vaccine card on your phone

-a QR code from the State of California confirming Vaccinated status

-A negative Covid-19 PCR test result obtained within 48 hours of the event. NOTE: Must be a PCR test
