“Florida’s Fleet: A Boatbuilding and Fishing Legacy,” presented by Brendan Burke will be a free lecture at the Lightner Museum on September 12 at 6:00 P.M.  The talk is part of the programming for the new exhibit, Thinking Small: The Amazing Miniature World of Thomas Rahner, which is a retrospective of St. Augustine resident Thomas Rahner’s small boat building skills.  


Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the talk begins at 6:00 p.m.  Guests can explore the exhibit on the Mezzanine area of the pool and visit the gift stores until 6:00 p.m.


The talk is part of the programming for the new exhibit, Thinking Small: The Amazing Miniature World of Thomas Rahner, which is a retrospective of St. Augustine resident Thomas Rahner’s work.


Guest may access the pool through the side entrance on Granada Street, right across from the Corazon Cinema.  


The event will feature light snacks and drinks with donation.
