10:00 a.m. -- Gates Open

11:00 a.m. -- Activities Begin

1:00 p.m. -- Polo Match Opening Ceremonies

1:30 p.m. -- Polo Match Begins #1 Cochran Potomac Polo Club vs. Howard Hanna Real Estate Services Pittsburgh Polo Club

2:15 p.m. -- Half-Time: Divot Stomp and The Sewickley Hunt Show

3:00 p.m. -- Silent Auction Closes

3:45 p.m. -- Post-Match Awards Ceremony

4:00 p.m. – Live Music from Smokin’ Section

Tickets & Parking

General Admission Ticket ($50) - Admits ONE (1) adult with General Admission parking (not on field)

VIP Ticket ($145) – Admits ONE (1) adult with General Admission parking (not on field). Includes access to VIP Wine Tent with exclusive wine tastings from both Sonoma County and local wineries.

On-Field Parking, Row 5-6 ($50) – General Admission Ticket Holders can upgrade to an on-field parking space.

VIP Ticket and Discounted On-Field Parking ($185) - Admits ONE (1) adult with General Admission parking (not on field). Includes access to VIP Wine Tent and a discounted on-field parking spot of your choice.

Children 12 and under attend for free!

Packages

Blue Ribbon Package ($1,200) – Admits 20 adults with 2 on-field parking spaces

VIP Blue Ribbon Package ($1,200) – Admits 10 adults with 2 on-field parking spaces and includes access for 10 to the VIP Wine Tent with exclusive wine tastings from both Sonoma County and local wineries.

Red Ribbon Package ($600) – Admits 8 adults with 1 front-row, on-field parking space

VIP Red Ribbon Package ($600) – Admits 4 adults with 1 front-row, on-field parking space and includes access for 4 to the VIP Wine Tent with exclusive wine tastings from both Sonoma County and local wineries.

Yellow Ribbon Package ($400) – Admits 8 adults with 1 on-field parking space

VIP Yellow Ribbon Package ($400) – Admits 4 adults with 1 on-field parking space and includes access for 4 to the VIP Wine Tent with exclusive wine tastings from both Sonoma County and local wineries.

Tent Rentals

To rent a tent, a minimum of two parking spaces must be purchased in Rows 3-5.

Tents are not permitted in Rows 1-2.

All Occasions Party Rental is the exclusive tent rental partner. Please call 724-745-1500 ext. 232 and speak with Danielle to place your order by August 25 (late fees will apply for any orders placed after this date). No personal tents permitted.
