About Patrice: Patrice Matamoros is President of Junior Achievement of Western Pennsylvania, where she has led a major transformation since 2020—driving growth, modernizing programs, and expanding hands-on learning focused on financial literacy, workforce readiness, and entrepreneurship. Previously, she was the founding CEO of P3R, building the organization into a $5 million operation and bringing nationally recognized events to Pittsburgh.
