Feasts at Stone Barns

The Feasts at Stone Barns welcomes attendees to our Hudson Valley campus during the peak of spring blossoms, the height of summer abundance and the splendor of autumn for one-of-a-kind meal experiences that highlight the delicious collaboration between Stone Barns Center and Blue Hill.

Guests will meet farmers and chefs in behind-the-scenes growing, cooking and research spaces to enjoy a multi-course feast of small bites, plated dishes and beverages by Blue Hill at Stone Barns. Each Feast offers a unique experience and menu. Guests who attend all three Feasts will engage deeply with the rhythm of the farm and restaurant as they respond to each season. 

Proceeds to benefit Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture, a nonprofit organization.

Spring Feast:  May 21 & 22
Summer Feast: July 9 & 10
Harvest Feast: October 1 & 2

Reservations will be available every 30 minutes on a fixed schedule that is built in accordance with the sunlight hours of the season. Experiences are outdoors and last approximately three hours. Each time slot accommodates up to 16 guests.

The Feasts are rain or shine; we will be celebrating regardless of weather. The dress code is farm chic. Please dress for the weather and a day on the farm and wear shoes appropriate for walking and uneven terrain. 

Your support is integral to the mission and programs of Stone Barns Center. 

All guests 5 years and older are required to show proof on arrival of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This includes a booster shot for those who are eligible. Proof can include your vaccination card, a picture of the card on your phone, or a state-provided digital record. All Blue Hill and Stone Barns Center staff adhere to the same guidelines.

Masks are not required on Stone Barns Center’s campus, though we welcome the optional use of masks indoors.
