Refund and Exchange Policy

Tickets cannot be refunded for any reason. However, if you’re unable to attend your performance date, tickets can be exchanged for another performance date, subject to availability. Additionally, you may return your tickets as a tax-deductible donation. If you would like to take advantage of this, we ask that you please notify the box office by emailing boxoffice@intrepidtheatre.org at least 48 hours prior to your originally scheduled reservation if you intend to donate your tickets for tax credit.
