6pm: live music happy hour + welcome cocktail + appetizers


7pm: farm tour


7:15pm: dinner + drink pairings in the barn


 


FOOD: Cody Maze//Spak Bros


DRINKS: East End Brewing + local distillery


MUSIC: Unknown String Band 


 


All food will be vegetarian and sourced as locally as possible.

From the chef:


"I was a bit lost after college, looking for a job anywhere I could. Randomly walked into the Cafe at the Frick trying to get a job as a cook. They asked if I'd cooked before, and I lied. They hired me thankfully and I had the most wonderful mentor that taught me all the basics. I fell in love with cooking. Became the sous chef there for awhile then landed a job as sauté cook at Casbah. Spent three years there before opening Salt of the Earth with Kevin Sousa. Two years later I left for a job at Cure where I cooked a shitload of meat. In between, my friends Nate and Ryan opened a little pizza shop and I began to help them on and off. I eventually became the manager until I left for Charleston, SC and worked at FIG. When I returned I resumed my manager job at Spak and have been there ever since."


 


**Each meal will be vegetarian and will feature locally sourced ingredients. Because these meals are prix fixe and based on seasonal availability, we unfortunately cannot change the menus to reflect all dietary restrictions.
