Family Yoga

Join us for Pittsburgh community family Yoga, an all ages and all abilities class lead by experienced teacher Cara Bessko. This event will be sensory friendly, trauma and spectrum informed and beneficial for all who choose to come.

We will learn some movement, some stillness, enjoy sound healing with the crystal singing bowls, and learn how to mindfully rest and be, while taking home some tools to help us in our daily lives.

The Frick Environmental Center has a few yoga mats for participants. If you are able to, please bring a Yoga mat or a blanket for your comfort

A suggested donation of $5.00 helps us pay our instructors.

The Frick Environmental Center is ADA accessible.

The nearest bus stop is the 61A or 61B at Forbes and Dallas Ave. Please note that there is a hill, and a stretch without a sidewalk between the bus stop and the Frick Environmental Center.
