Fall Classic Mansion Tour 2022

Tour ticket holders do not need to purchase a Daily Grounds Pass, as tour tickets include grounds access.

Perfect for first-time guests, this one-hour tour covers two floors and treats visitors to a rare glimpse of the lavish decorative arts and furniture left to Lyndhurst by previous owners.   Enjoy the splendor of the Fall Season while viewing additional collection pieces and extra interior decor highlighting Autumn!

The tour, which lasts an hour, visits approximately 16 rooms and involves climbing one staircase. You’ll visit the first floor of the Mansion; including the parlor, filled with furniture designed by architect A.J. Davis, and the sumptuous Civil War-era dining room. The second-floor centers around the opulent Grand Picture Gallery hung with an original collection of European paintings. Impressive Tiffany stained glass windows adorn the gallery and adjacent bedrooms.

Lyndhurst requires all visitors, ages 2 and older,  to continue to wear masks indoors at this time. 

All visitors must have a pre-purchased ticket to enter the Mansion. A limited number of tickets are available for each tour;  tickets do sell out. 

Please present printed or mobile tickets to our Welcome Center staff when checking in for your tour.

Tours begin promptly at the designated time.
