Stone Barns Center Explore: The Flip

Celebrate the vibrant transitional moment when Stone Barns Center’s farm begins to preserve the early summer harvest and prepare the fields and pastures for the fall bounty. Through a curated Flora and Fauna Experience, guests will become immersed in the surrounding ecosystem and take part in tastings, demonstrations and conversations with chefs, farmers and artisans. 

This experience will follow farmers, seed breeders and chefs through the greenhouse and vegetable rows and into the preservation kitchen, then it will touch on the pasture’s connection to animal husbandry, arts and ecology. The day will culminate with a lunch prepared by Stone Barns Center’s Chef in Residence, Jonathan Tam.

Tickets may be purchased for the first or second session.

Price:  $145.00 per person plus sales tax ($157.14); this price includes lunch.
