D23 Members are invited to an exclusive event with the creator of Her Universe, Ashley Eckstein, to celebrate the release of her brand-new book, It’s Your Universe: You Have the Power to Make It Happen!

The experience will begin at 8:30 a.m. at the Disney Store located at 172 Bellevue Square, Bellevue, Washington, 98004.

Available to Gold and Gold Family Members.
Members will be required to show their D23 Membership Card and a photo ID.

Ashley Eckstein, the creator of Her Universe, is thrilled to join D23: The Official Disney Fan Club for a one-of-a-kind event taking place in the Pacific Northwest. Upon check-in, all attendees will receive a copy of Ashley’s new book, It’s Your Universe: You Have the Power to Make It Happen!, and will have the opportunity meet her, take photos, and have the book signed! This unique experience also includes private shopping time at the Disney Store in Bellevue before heading to an intimate breakfast buffet at Tavern Hall just across the street. Following breakfast, D23 is proud to present a special conversation with Ashley to celebrate her brand-new book.

Ashley Eckstein
Ashley Eckstein grew up inspired by all things Disney. She launched Her Universe, an apparel company catering to fan girls, which has become a preferred partner for Disney and their girl power initiative. In It’s Your Universe, Ashley shares her own life lessons, as well as lessons from iconic Disney characters, as a way to inspire girls to create big dreams and work to make them a reality. Ashley tells her story of being a little girl dreaming of being on a Disney stage, voicing the first female Jedi, Ahsoka Tano, and starting Her Universe, a blockbuster clothing line and community for fangirls. With prompts for journal entries and quotes from iconic Disney characters, Ashley shows how Princesses, Jedi, and superheroes were great role models for choosing her own path.

• D23 Gold Members may reserve a ticket for themselves and one (1) guest; D23 Gold Family Members may reserve tickets for themselves and up to three (3) guests. D23 Members will be required to provide their membership number and the names of the guests attending when reserving tickets.


• There is a limited number of tickets available. D23 Members will be required to provide their membership number when reserving tickets. Tickets may be picked up only with a valid photo ID AND D23 MEMBERSHIP CARD. D23 Members who do not bring their membership cards may not be admitted to the event. Ticketed Members who do not attend the event forfeit their place as well as all experiences, benefits, and gifts associated with the event.
