Feed your mind, body, and soul with a variety of engaging activities and connect with other older adults! Come connect with others and have fun! Join us at the Kuniansky Family Center for a day full of activities! Choose three activities when you checkout! Boxed lunch options are also available for additional purchase (not included in ticket fee).


10:00 am Options



  • Tai Chi – Kuniansky Family Center: Dance Studio   
    Discover the benefits of gentle, flowing movement thoughtfully guided by our instructor. Tai Chi supports balance, mindfulness, and inner calm—an ideal way to begin a day of reflection.


  • High Holidays and Reflection with Rabbi Glusman – Kuniansky Family Center: Multipurpose Room
    Join us to explore how Jews prepare for the High Holidays through meaningful rituals, traditions, and themes. We'll look at the deeper significance of this season, especially the idea of reflection as we approach the Jewish New Year and Yom Kippur.


  • Pickleball Open Play – Eva G. Lipman Pickleball Complex
    Ready to play? Enjoy our courts! Players will rotate, allowing everyone a chance to participate.


  • Pickleball Clinic – Eva G. Lipman Pickleball Complex
    Eager to try pickleball or up your game? This clinic is for you! One of our pickleball coaches will join you for this session.


  • Intro to Journaling with a Reflections Theme – Kuniansky Family Center: Art Studio
    We'll begin with gentle journaling prompts to awaken memory, insight, and imagination. (Possible teaser of class in 2026)

  • Chair Yoga – Kuniansky Family Center: Dance Studio
    Think yoga isn’t for you? Think again! This gentle class uses a chair for support and focuses on balance, strength, and flexibility—finishing with a calming meditation.


  • Reflections from the Breman Museum– Kuniansky Family Center: Multipurpose Room
    Drawing on stories, insights, and reflections from the Breman Museum, our educator will lead a meaningful conversation rooted in Jewish history and resilience.


  • Affirmation Art: Reflect and Create– Kuniansky Family Center: Art Studio
    Using your reflections to guide the process, create a mixed media piece that celebrates your voice and creativity.

  • The Poetry of Hamlet with Ross Friedman – Kuniansky Family Center: Multipurpose Room
    This preview session will explore poetic moments of reflection through Shakespeare’s Hamlet and selections from Mary Oliver, whose work also invites deep introspection. Be certain that whatever Ross chooses to present will be well-planned and well worth the scholars' time. A thoughtful teaser for his class coming in November.


  • High Holidays Art – Kuniansky Family Center: Art Studio
    We’ll draw inspiration from the themes of the High Holidays to create heartfelt artwork that honors renewal, introspection, and sacred tradition.


1:00 pm Lunch available for purchase with your EngAge Day registration!


After all the fun, you're invited to enjoy a pre-purchased boxed lunch or a lunch purchased with your ticket, to take home or enjoy at Cadranel's! Grab and Go, or Stay and Enjoy! Seating available at Cadranel’s or in the multi-purpose room


Advance purchase with registration required; please reserve by September 8. 


Enjoy a delicious kosher box lunch lovingly prepared by Chef Lisa.
