Inspired by Chef in Residence Jonathan Tam’s exploration of how his Cantonese heritage influences his culinary philosophy, the next installment of the ongoing Stone Barns Center Elements series will focus on SEEDS. This virtual and on-site program will feature Chef Jonathan in conversation with seed breeders, culinary history experts, journalists, and other chefs. Chef Jonathan will also prepare and discuss one of the dishes from his menu.
