Turkish cellist Efe Baltacıgil has performed with Pinchas Zukerman, Midori and Yo-Yo Ma at Carnegie Hall, participated in Ma's Silk Road Project, Emanuel Ax, among others. Associate Principal Cellist of the Philadelphia Orchestra, Baltacigli has been described as "a highly individualized solo artist.
