A celebration of contradictions—queer and Southern, spiritual and sensual—and the courage it takes to be fully seen. This storytelling adventure follows Janora McDuffie’s journey through love, race, and sexuality. Told with humor, heart and a whole lot of soul, this coming-of-truth tale is filled with laugh-out-loud moments, tender confessions, and joyful revelations. Come for the storytelling, stay for the music, and leave with an experience that lingers long after the final bow. Written & Performed by Janora McDuffie; Directed by Joseph Megel; Produced by Jessica Lynn Johnson.
