A megalomaniacal scientist (Dekker) shrinks a team of explorers down to miniature size with radiation and leaves them to fend for themselves in the Peruvian jungle. Albert Dekker’s Dr. Thorkel, with his sinister Coke-bottle glasses is one of the most memorable mad doctors of the decade.
