Join Sarah Hummel of Amazing Yoga Oakmont as she leads you through a basic one hour flow yoga class then, join Matt Gouwen of Hop Farm Brewing Company as he makes up for all that healthy stuff you just did by giving you samples of his delicious beers one of which is brewed specially just for this event.
Finally as if this wasn't already awesome enough enter in to the Jenga tournament where you could win some neat prizes!
