Discover how the perfect wine pairings enhance both the sweet and savoury creations crafted by Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC) Culinary Arts students. Discover your favourite wine and food match, and come back for more! All dishes are designed and prepared by students of the NSCC Pastry Arts and Culinary Arts programs, under the direction of their chef-instructors; students are on hand to serve and explain the dishes as you enjoy a decadent night out in downtown Halifax.
