Darren Nicholson Band

A perennial favorite of Western North Carolina music lovers, Darren Nicholson – and his band – are hosting a concert and an open jam at the Queen Auditorium on Sunday, June 23rd. 

Doors open at 5:00pm, enjoy local food trucks, Bearwaters Brewery and Frog Level Brewery beer and wine. Performance starts at 6:00pm for an evening of bluegrass and Americana music at the Queen Auditorium with the open jam to follow the regular performance. 

Love Bluegrass? Uncle Ted and the Whitewater Bluegrass Band are playing earlier in the day, 1-3:15pm at the Shelton House! In partnership with Shelton House and HART Theatre, you can purchase a ticket to both of our events, select the special offer at checkout.  

Tickets for this event are $20 for adults, $10 for students. Limited seating is available so advance purchase is advised. Parking is available in the back of the Folkmoot building.
