Nasha Thomas of the iconic Alvin Ailey dance company joins Andreia Wardlaw, Director of Walter and Linda Evans Center for African American Studies and SCAD acting professor Tiffany Hobbs and to explore the symbiotic relationship between costume and dance. Learn more about the intricacies of movement, form, and function in relation to the beautiful costumes and clothing seen in modern dance performances.  

Entry is free for museum members and open to the public with the cost of admission.
