International Hip Hop Collective CRASH BOTTOMS tour comes crashing through La Crosse featuring AOL, STOMACH BOOK, RURAL INTERNET, BEJALVIN, GIRLFROMPLUTO, SATURNULTRA

 

AOL is a genre-melting alternative hip hop act from La Crosse.  Hey new album "wrist music 3: FINAL WRIST ULTIMATE" is out not everywhere.

 

STOMACH BOOK is a noisy cabaret emo artist whose self-titled album from 2020 was a landmark moment in the fifth wave emo revolution. She appears here as part of her first ever tour, with backing from Rural Internet.

 

RURAL INTERNET is a trio that defies traditional category, with two members in Oklahoma and one in Australia, they collaborate over the internet, pulling sounds from hip-hop, indie rock, metal, dubstep, creating some of the most interesting music this decade.  Their new album "Saint Anger" (out everywhere) it is their most aggressive album to date.

 

BEJALVIN from the Twin Cities are the two-person dubstep hyperpop cybergrind band you should have heard already.  Their newest release "Bejible" (out everywhere) is one of the most exciting albums to come out of the burgeoning cybergrind revival.

 

GIRLFROMPLUTO is actually from Phoneix, and she mixes influences from icy Swedish cloud rap and gothic coldwave to intense emotional effect.  Her newest album is "falling away".

 

SATURNULTRA is traveling all the way from Canberre Australia bringing their distinctive atmospheric trap sound w/industrial overtones to the Warehouse.  Influenced as much by Nine Inch Nails as by Black Kray, SATURNULTRA's hazy cloud rap production and existential lyrics are what make them a name tolook for in the underground rap scene.
