CBW Flats Oyster Bar and Fish Fry

Oysters, Beer, Tunes Fish fry! Head down to the river for this culinary event at the beautiful Collision Bend Brewing Company. Austin Walkin Cane will entertain music from 6-8:30. During the break, long time Cleveland Brewer, Luke Purcell will talk about the selected beers - the different flavors you will find in each and why beers pair will with foods. Joey Cantonese will give an oyster overview - the Brine, Finish, Liquor, Merroir, creaminess or crispness.

4- 8 oz. tastes including Collision’s own Bollard Pull and C-Town IPA and guest beers from Thirsty Dog (Pumpkin Ale)and Brick and Barrel Noble Saison- Farmhouse Ale Saison.

For your safety: We will seat parties together should there be groups. In accordance with the current CVOID guidelines, we can seat parties up to 10 together. Collison Bend will take the temperature of all guests entering the restaurant and all guests must wear masks while walking through/around, but can be taken off while seated.
