Pranab owns a single screen cinema in West Bengal, where the emergence of digital cinema technology is threatening his business. Pranab wants his son Prakash to take over his theater, but Prakash cannot be bothered with his father’s legacy. He has his own film business to attend to: selling pirated DVDs on the streets.
