The Woodland Hills Foundation will be hosting its 7th Annual Chocolate and Diamonds Affair on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Edgewood Country Club, benefiting Student Scholarships and Mini-Grants for teachers of the Woodland Hills School District. Enjoy chocolate and wine as you bid on a silent auction, and take a chance to win a diamond necklace for your Valentine. The affair is black tie optional. Tickets are $50 each or $100 per couple; $40 each and $80 per couple for faculty and staff of the Woodland Hills School District. The event begins at 6:00 p.m. with a formal program and dinner following the opening of the silent auction.
The Woodland Hills Foundation is an independent non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that is dedicated to enhancing opportunities for all students, as well as faculty and administration in the Woodland Hills School District. To date the Foundation has given 147 Mini-Grants to teachers, 47 scholarships to graduating seniors, distributed almost $1 million in building supplies to the community, and over three years donated over $14,000 worth of musical instruments to the school district.
