COVID-19 Terms:

ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. You acknowledge and accept the responsibility of entering our attractions and being in close proximity to our scare actors. Although our masked scare actors will be distanced and not directly in your space, you will need to wear a mask inside our attractions as this is the only way Sacramento County will let us operate. By making a purchase to attend our event, you acknowledge to have read our COVID-19 terms and agreee to hold harmless Terror in the Night Halloween Productions, it's staff, vendors and Orangevale Park District, in the event you believe to have contracted COVID-19 while attending. These guidelines may change as we approach Halloween. Again, ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

First come, first serve. Upon arrival at our location, our security will stop you at the main gate and give you a numbered ticket. You will proceed to the parking lot and space as directed by security. You will need to remain in your vehicle until secuity calls your number on the ticket. Once called, you will proceed to either the ticket booth to purchase tickets, or directly to the attraction if you already purchased tickets online. Staff will direct you from this point. For this season, we developed this procedure so we could get approval from Sacramento County Health Department to operate the attraction with live actors. Sacramento County regulations could change at any moment so please be aware of that as it can affect our operating dates and times.

Max group of 6 in the attraction at one time. All larger groups must be split up.

• Low Scare Family Friendly - Cemetarium only - Sunday to Thursday 7pm - 10pm


• Full Scare Only - Cemetarium Fridays & Saturdays. Full Scare - Psycho Circus everynight! 


• Sac Cirque performances on select dates.


• Patrons must observe all posted haunted house rules.


• Ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.


• Cemetarium Haunted House reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.


• No food or drink in any attraction.


• No photography or video recording of any kind inside any attraction.


• Cell phones must be turned off and be put away before entering any attraction.


• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED CELL PHONES OR ANY PERSONAL PROPERTY.


• NO REFUNDS!


• Please call ahead when forecast predicts rain! Although we can operate in light to moderate rain it is advisable to check with us first!
